Based in Palm Beach Gardens and Miami, Patricia M. Tracey serves as executive director of Real Estate Education And Community Housing, Inc., (REACH). Building on decades of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Patricia M. Tracey founded REACH in 2006. She holds a personal commitment to helping people in underserved communities access affordable, safe housing.
Ms. Tracey and the REACH team offer a host of personalized services, including foreclosure prevention and home ownership counseling. Her IRS-recognized, 501c3-housing nonprofit is U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-approved to educate first-time home buyers and approves home sales to buyers of low to moderate income. Ms. Tracey engages closely with banks in working out loan modifications and engages with the state of Florida’s Hardest Hit federal funding program.
Patricia M. Tracey’s past experience includes managing an FHA HUD mortgage office that undertook due diligence and closing requirements. She handled more than $100 million in loans that primarily went to subsidy grant recipients and first-time homebuyers.
